What Is THINGS App
THINGS is an AI-native shopping app built for urban Indian women. It combines a personalised AI-curated discovery feed, an AI-powered virtual try-on, and a conversational AI stylist — all designed to make fashion discovery and shopping feel intelligent, personal, and effortless.
THINGS is not a marketplace. THINGS does not sell products directly. THINGS is a discovery and inspiration platform that connects users with third-party Indian fashion and lifestyle brands through AI-powered search and curation.
Three Surfaces
Feed — Discovery and Inspiration Your THINGS feed is a personalised, AI-assembled editorial session. Our AI agents work on your behalf — searching and fetching products from google search and website of trusted Indian brands, and assembling a session feed built around your style preferences, wardrobe profile, current season, and personal occasions. Every session is unique to you. The feed is generated by AI and reflects what the system understands about your taste at that point in time.
ME — AI Virtual Try-On ME is THINGS’s AI-powered virtual try-on feature. You upload a personal photo, and ME uses AI image processing to show how a product looks on you — before you buy. ME is provided as a decision-support tool to help users make more confident purchase choices.
Profile — Your Identity for Try-Ons Your Profile stores the photo and body information that powers ME. Keeping your profile photo current and accurate improves the quality of your try-on results.
Ego — Your AI Stylist
Ego is the conversational AI agent at the core of THINGS. Ego acts as your always-on personal stylist — offering fashion advice, styling recommendations, trend opinions, and product suggestions based on your context and preferences. Ego is an AI system. While designed to be helpful, accurate, and contextually aware, Ego’s outputs are generated by machine learning models and may not always be perfect. Please read our Terms of Use for important information about the limitations of AI-generated content.
How the Feed Is Generated
When you open THINGS, our AI agents — including Ego — search and retrieve products from google search and shop websites on your behalf. They evaluate products against your stated preferences, body profile, activity history, and seasonal context, and assemble your personalised session feed. This process is automated and AI-driven. Products surface in your feed because our AI system determined they are relevant to you — not because brands have paid for placement.
Brands on THINGS
THINGS curates products from third-party D2C Indian fashion and lifestyle brands. We conduct shop trust assessments covering legitimacy, customer sentiment, product quality, and return policies. However, THINGS does not own, manufacture, warehouse, or ship any products. All purchases are transacted with and fulfilled by the respective third-party brand. THINGS is not a party to any transaction between a user and a third-party brand.
DMCA and Copyright Takedown Policy
THINGS respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian copyright law.
If you are a rights holder and believe that content displayed on THINGS infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal takedown request to:
Your request must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing content with sufficient detail (URL, screenshot, or description)
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder

We will action complete and valid takedown requests within 48 hours on weekdays of receipt. Requests received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
